pala has a unfriendly casino staff and they do not give any comps. i also got passed around from casino host to casino host when i was complaining.Very bad customer service. would you think it would be on how much you gamble. oh one of the casino host Tyler told me they judge how many times you go. when i tried to contact the casino i just got the run around. If i lost $9000.00 in Vegas i`m sure the Golden Nugget where we like to stay would be comp. My win lost statement for last year shows i lost $9000.00 and would you believe i have not been comp.
last week i put my card in the machine to find out they cut me down to $20.00. i`m a gold card member where for the last year and a half is was receiving $30.00 in added play. especially when i`m spending $500.00 to $1000.00 at a time in the casino.there employees are always talking to one another when they should be taking care of the customers. and we are only talking about a $20.00 or $25.00 for two people for a meal. the last year and a half i can`t even get a casino hostess to greet me let alone to give me a comp. where the casino hostess would throw our way for being good customers.
I have been going to pala casino for many years but the last year i have really noticed a change in the casino for the worst.We use to get comps.
